Tread applies your active rules in priority order. For example, trail rules can run before long-run or default-shoe rules.
Can I fix a shoe assignment?
Yes. Reassign any imported run, and Tread updates the affected shoe mileage ledger.
Does Tread change my Strava activity?
No. Tread reads run metadata from Strava for mileage tracking and does not modify your Strava activity.
What happens when I disconnect Strava?
Automatic imports stop. You can also delete imported run data from Tread settings.
Why did a run go to review?
If no rule clearly matches, Tread asks you to choose a shoe instead of silently guessing.
