Privacy Policy

Overview

Drift is a random timer for gentle reminders. Your presets, timer settings, and session summaries stay on your device. Drift does not require an account.

Data Stored on Your Device

• Timer presets and selected use case
• Sound, haptic, notification, and display preferences
• Last session summary, including interval lengths and averages

This data is not uploaded to a Clarved server.

Advertising

Drift displays ads via Google AdMob. The Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect advertising-related data as described in Google's Privacy Policy. You can remove all ads with a one-time In-App Purchase.

App Tracking Transparency

Drift may ask for permission to allow personalized ads. Declining is fully supported and does not affect the timer.

Notifications

Notifications are optional and are used only to ring for an active Drift session while the app is locked or in the background.

In-App Purchases

Drift offers a non-consumable In-App Purchase to remove ads. Apple processes the transaction through StoreKit. We do not receive or store payment information.

What Drift Does Not Collect

• No account information
• No location data
• No contacts, camera, photos, or microphone access
• No HealthKit data
• No user-generated content

Deletion

To delete all local Drift data, delete the app from your device.
