Privacy Policy

Luvo stores group trip planning data you create, including trips, members, timeline logistics, packing items, reminders, activity history, WhatsApp links, SplitTab link references, WeatherGlass summaries, and attachments.

Luvo uses Firebase Authentication to keep trips private to signed-in members. Firestore syncs trip data across devices, Firebase Storage stores attachments, and Firebase Cloud Messaging may deliver reminders if you opt in.

Luvo does not sell personal data. WhatsApp, SplitTab, and WeatherGlass remain separate products; opening those links is governed by their own privacy practices.

You can request account or trip data deletion by emailing support@clarved.com from the email associated with your Luvo account.

Luvo is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
